Mac & Endpoint Engineer – AI-Driven Workplace

PA Media in Leeds is seeking a Desktop and Endpoint Engineer (Mac and Microsoft 365) to optimise device management and user support. You’ll combine hands-on troubleshooting with automation and lifecycle management, with a focus on strengthening the Mac service.

You’ll work across macOS, Windows and mobile devices, implementing zero-touch deployment, Intune and Apple Business Manager, and helping colleagues adopt AI tools safely while keeping systems secure and reliable.
