Social Worker required for work within the Hospital Discharge Team in Bournemouth Competitive rates of pay rate up to £32.52. 37 hours per week. 3 month minimum contract with options to extend. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
The post is to add assessment and review capacity to a high demand hospital discharge team based in the Bournemouth and Poole area. The role will be diverse but initially focus upon creating safe and effective discharge and flow from acute and community hospitals. his role is in person only, but with the option to attend some meetings by hybrid.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
