Walsall Council’s Black Country Fostering Hub seeks a Senior Fostering Recruitment Officer to lead and develop a team of Fostering Recruitment Officers, turning initial interest in fostering into a warm, well-supported journey for children. The role is based in the Black Country with regional outreach and a hybrid work pattern.
You will manage day-to-day delivery, support staff, coordinate enquiries and build strong partnerships across the region to drive timely, high-quality applicant journeys.
