Lettings Negotiator

A motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator is required to join a respected independent estate agency with smart offices in Barnes. This role would suit an enthusiastic individual looking to develop their career in residential lettings and previous lettings experience would be helpful.

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Working within the busy South West London property market, you will register applicants, arrange viewings, negotiate tenancies and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent role for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ambition to progress.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering prospective tenants and matching applicants to suitable rental properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and assisting with the progression of tenancies
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
• Supporting the lettings team with administration and property marketing
• Working towards individual and branch targets while delivering excellent customer service

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous estate agency experience advantageous, although entry-level candidates will be considered
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well-presented, articulate and approachable
• Highly motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
• Knowledge of Barnes and the surrounding South West London areas desirable
• Full UK driving licence essential, with a genuine interest in developing a career in residential lettings
