Business Account Manager – Crewe

Salary: £32,000
OTE: £50,000+
Location: Crewe
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, with 3pm Friday finishes

We’re looking for an experienced Business Account Manager to join a growing B2B telecoms and connectivity business based in Crewe.

This is primarily a relationship, retention and growth-focused role, where you’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of business customers. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships, act as a trusted point of contact and identify opportunities to develop accounts across a wider portfolio of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B customers
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maximise customer retention and account growth
• Work towards quarterly revenue and retention targets
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records within the CRM
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer value

About You

We’re looking for someone who can combine excellent customer service with a strong commercial mindset.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous B2B Account Management experience
• Experience within telecoms, IT or technology would be advantageous
• A commercially driven approach and confidence working towards targets
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive and organised approach
• The ability to confidently manage and develop a portfolio of customers
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

This role would suit an experienced B2B Account Manager who enjoys managing relationships but is also commercially driven.

You’ll be responsible for protecting and developing existing customer relationships while recognising opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and grow revenue across your portfolio.
