Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a New Homes Sales Executive for a single-manned site in the Oxford area. You will own the sales process from enquiry to completion, conducting in-person and virtual viewings to showcase developments and build relationships with buyers.
You will work independently, handle pricing, incentives and availability, and push for targets while maintaining meticulous customer records and responsive follow-up with leads. Weekend work is required on a 1 in 4 rotation.
