Customer Experience Advisor – Part-Time Banking (Kendal & Penrith)

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Kendal SG & Penrith branches. The role is 17.5 hours per week on a rota basis, across two twinned sites, with a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will travel between locations and provide friendly, proactive service to customers in-branch or by phone. You’ll handle routine transactions, answer queries, protect customers from fraud, and build lasting relationships.
