We're looking for an Early Careers & Campus Recruitment Coordinator to play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for graduates and interns, partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and stakeholders across Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking division.
You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of graduate and internship hiring programmes, acting as the key point of contact for candidates while managing interview logistics, stakeholder communications, events, reporting, and recruitment administration across the full recruitment lifecycle
As an Early Careers & Campus Recruitment Coordinator onsite at the Morgan Stanley offices in Canary Wharf, London, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process of their Early Careers programmes. This will involve utilising recruitment technology applications and agreed end-to-end processes to provide recruitment services for graduate and intern programmes for the business lines it will support.
Working closely with the onsite Early Careers Recruiters, you will act as the main point of contact for all candidate management focusing on the following areas: candidate queries, interview scheduling, creating candidate and assessor packs, feedback, expense management, candidate travel arrangements, candidate divisional event management, interview and assessment centre logistics as well as provide Summer Analyst support throughout the summer internship programmes.

This role is working within the Investment Banking Campus Recruitment team. You will need to have the ability to work with combined priorities and different work tasks that rotate throughout the annual cycle.
You’ll assist with the planning of events for the Summer Internship Programme, giving you additional scope to learn another part of the recruitment process.
