You will lead, motivate and inspire a team of carers, and you’ll take responsibility for resident medication, wound care, continence, and care planning under the guidance of the on-site Registered Nurse.
This role offers substantial training and development opportunities, with a clear path to senior care responsibilities as you gain confidence and skills through on-site and off-site sessions.
