Lead-Ready Care Practitioner Trainee

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Trainee Care Practitioner for a Barchester care home. You will lead, motivate and inspire a team of carers, and take responsibility for resident medication, wound management, continence, assessments and care planning under the guidance of the on-site Registered Nurse.
