What you will do:

Conduct MASH screenings to effectively assess and triage cases while ensuring child safety is prioritised.
Collaborate with multi-agency partners, sharing information to inform decisions and action plans.
Maintain accurate and timely records, demonstrating accountability and adherence to professional standards.
Use your expertise in social work thresholds to advise and guide colleagues in decision-making processes.
Participate in meetings and reviews, contributing to continual service improvement and safeguarding practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a current Social Worker qualification, with registration with Social Work England (SWE). It's required to have a strong foundation in MASH operations and demonstrated capability in applying social work thresholds effectively.
