NHS Forth Valley Pharmacy Services seeks an experienced hospital pharmacist to join our Staff Bank, supporting the Acute Pharmacy Service at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. The role involves specialist patient-focused pharmaceutical care and expert medicines advice.
You will review complex prescribing, support safe medicines use, and provide day-to-day guidance to junior colleagues in a multidisciplinary team. Significant post-registration hospital experience and MPharm are essential.
