Key Responsibilities of an Appointment Setter / Business Development Executive:

• Contacting prospective clients through outbound calls
• Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
• Booking appointments for client meetings
• Building and maintaining professional relationships
• Visiting clients and attending meetings when required
• Sending follow-up emails and business correspondence
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the growth and development of the business

Candidate Requirements for this Appointment Setter / Business Development Executive position:

• Experience in a customer-facing, sales, recruitment, retail, hospitality, or similar role
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to build rapport with new and existing clients
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Motivated to achieve targets and develop a career in business development
• Full UK driving licence preferred
