Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a SEND school in Southend-On-Sea. The role involves working with a small class supporting Social Emotional Mental Health students aged 4–16, with many non-verbal or limited communication abilities.
You will support several children across the school rather than one-to-one work. You should have experience supporting SEMH pupils and be prepared to start immediately, committing to full school hours, five days per week.
