Job Role Summary

Working as part of a team responsible for supporting the quoting, booking and operational processes for the ski programme. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and Sales Advisors to ensure quotes and bookings progress smoothly and all arrangements are in place for the delivery of each trip.

The role provides ongoing administrative and operational support throughout the booking journey, with opportunities to develop greater responsibility for quotations and gain experience supporting the Educational Tours Sales Support team as knowledge and experience grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end booking process, working closely with the wider Ski Operations team to ensure bookings are progressed accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with contractors, Operations and Sales Advisors to ensure all required arrangements are in place and booking information is maintained accurately.
• Support the management and maintenance of the ski bed bank, ensuring availability and booking information remains current.
• Assist with the preparation and amendment of quotes, developing the knowledge and skills required to take responsibility for full quotations as experience and capability grow.
• Process booking documentation, deposits and subsequent payments, ensuring all required information and acknowledgements are issued correctly.
• Support Sales Advisors with queries relating to confirmed bookings and follow up outstanding actions where required.
• Carry out booking checks to ensure arrangements are correctly booked and all relevant information is complete and up to date.
• Support the Educational Tours Sales Support team as required, gaining experience across the wider business and developing knowledge of educational tour requirements.
• Develop towards undertaking full quotations independently once the required knowledge, experience and capability have been demonstrated.
• Monitor the Enquiries inbox, ensuring enquiries are directed to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Ski Operations team as required, with responsibilities developing in line with experience and capability.

Personal Requirements

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling bookings, quotations, payments and documentation.
• Clear and confident communication skills when liaising with Sales Advisors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
• A positive, team-focused approach with a willingness to support colleagues across the wider Ski Operations team.
• Willingness to learn and develop, with the ability to take on increased responsibility as knowledge and experience grow.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, administration or customer service would be advantageous, alongside an interest in skiing, travel or educational tours.
