Repairs Clerical Assistant

Are you organised, customer-focused and looking for a role where you can make a real difference to people's homes? We're looking for a Repairs Assistant to join our team on an initial six-month basis.

As the first point of contact for many of our tenants and factored owners, you'll play a key part in delivering a responsive, reliable repairs service. You'll take repair requests by phone, email and in person, assess and prioritise them, and raise works orders with our contractors. You'll arrange appointments, keep tenants updated on progress, and make sure all records are accurate and kept up to date on our repairs management system. You will work closely within our property services team and with our contractors to make sure repairs are completed on time, to a good standard, and within budget.
