HR + Compliance Admin (Excellent Business)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading consultancy business, to recruit for an HR and Compliance Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is an exceptional role for someone with strong administration experience who is passionate about pursuing a career in a people-led role. The business is situated in Belfast city centre in a stunning office, in an exclusive location.

As an HR and Compliance Coordinator, you will work closely with the business support team to ensure records, training and compliance is up to date. You will liaise with external stakeholders to ensure HSEQ is compliant also. You will provide reports and stay abreast of the latest employment legislation, to work alongside the HR agency, to provide the best internal service.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding and recruitment support
• Record keeping
• Compliance in terms of facilities management, certifications and HR
• Induction management and delivery
• Assisting with HR strategy when required
• Updating internal systems, running reports and assisting with CSR activities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous HR administration experience
• Office administration experience, desirably from within
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a high-performing team

What Is on Offer?

• A permanent salary of £33,000 per annum
