HR and Payroll Coordinator (4 Day Week)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading industry business, to recruit for an HR and Payroll Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is a highly interesting role which benefits from variety. Working within a supportive and industry-leading team.

As an HR and Compliance Coordinator, you will work closely with an internal HR team where you will provide in-depth support. You will process payroll for multiple sites and ensure employee onboarding is effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll administration, coordinating monthly payroll with external provider
• Onboarding and recruitment support
• Assisting with training schedules and compliance
• Record keeping
• Induction management and delivery
• Assisting with HR strategy when required
• Updating internal systems, running reports and assisting with CSR activities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous HR administration and payroll experience
• Strong working capacity with numbers
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a high-performing team

What Is on Offer?

• A permanent salary of £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
• 4 day working week
