We’re looking for an experienced, approachable and highly organised administrator to join our team at AEC. This is a varied, people-focused role at the heart of the business.

The Role

You’ll keep the people side of AEC running smoothly, supporting the full employee life cycle while being a friendly, approachable point of contact for our team. Including:

New starters and leavers
Staff changes and employee records
Staff skills / training records
Right to Work / Security vetting
Holiday and sickness administration
Facilitation of appraisals
Maternity, paternity and family leave
