Key Responsibilities
Operating and setting up hightech production machinery
Maintaining product quality to company standards
Working collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Progressing through a structured training pathway to become multiskilled
Overtime (Time and a Half):
£21.99 per hour (starter rate)
£24.20 per hour (one skill)
£28.49 per hour (multiskilled)
