Pay: £13.34/hour starting rate → £14.23/hour (one skill learned) → £16.76/hour (multiskilled)

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up hightech production machinery
• Maintain product quality to company standards
• Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Progress through a structured training pathway to become multiskilled

Pay & Overtime

• Starting Rate: £13.34/hour
• Progression to One Skill: £14.23/hour
• MultiSkilled Rate: £16.76/hour

Overtime (paid at time and a half)

• £20.01/hour (starting rate)
• £21.35/hour (one skill)
• £25.14/hour (multiskilled)
