Residential Support Worker

£13.00 per hour + £50 Sleep-In Payment

We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to support teenagers within a 3-bed children's residential home.

The service supports young people with EBD, ADHD, autism and behavioural needs . You will support daily routines, life skills development, emotional wellbeing, medication administration and positive behaviour management.

Shift Times

• 07:30 - 22:30 (60-minute break)
• Sleep-In: 22:30 - 07:30 (£50 per sleep-in)
• Handover: 07:30 - 08:00
• Weekends and evenings required

Essential Requirements

• Experience supporting children and young people
• Children's residential care experience
• Knowledge of EBD, ADHD and Autism
• Medication administration experience
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Experience managing challenging behaviour
• Fluent English

Desirable

• CSE Training
• NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
