We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrub Practitioner (Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner) to join a friendly and supportive theatre team within a well-established independent hospital in the West of Scotland.
This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity available immediately through to Christmas, supporting a varied elective surgical programme. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high‑quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes.
You will provide high‑quality scrub support across a range of elective surgical procedures, working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre colleagues. You'll help maintain safe clinical practice, support efficient theatre operations and contribute to an excellent patient experience throughout the perioperative pathway.
This is a full-time position with flexible working across Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as required. Rotas are planned several weeks in advance, providing excellent visibility of working patterns and helping to support work‑life balance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced theatre practitioner looking to join a welcoming team and support a busy, high‑quality surgical service over the coming months.
