Ready to take the next step in your theatre career? Are you an experienced Scrub Practitioner who is ready to move into a senior role? Do you have the confidence to lead surgical lists while supporting and developing colleagues around you?
If you are ready to take the next step in your perioperative career, Lyca Health could be the place for you.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Theatre Practitioner – Scrub to join our friendly and professional theatre team in Orpington.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Scrub Practitioner who is looking to develop their leadership experience and take on greater responsibility. You will continue to use your clinical expertise within the scrub role while playing an important part in leading surgical lists, supporting junior colleagues and helping to maintain the high standards for which our theatre department is known.
You will work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, working closely with surgeons, anaesthetic colleagues, ODPs, nurses and other theatre professionals to ensure every patient receives safe, effective and compassionate care.
Working in elective private healthcare offers a different kind of perioperative experience. Our planned surgical environment allows you to prepare effectively for procedures, work closely with experienced consultants and multidisciplinary colleagues, and focus on delivering a high-quality experience for every patient.
This role would suit an experienced Scrub Practitioner who is ready to step up and take on increased responsibility within a senior position.
You will be a confident, patient-focused practitioner with strong communication and team-building skills and the ability to lead by example.
We believe that looking after our patients starts with looking after our people.
If you are an experienced Scrub Practitioner who is ready to step up, develop your leadership skills and make a real contribution to a high-performing theatre team, we would love to hear from you.
