Despite living with a spinal cord injury, he leads an energetic life and refuses to be defined by his disability.When he's not crushing it at his demanding day job, you'll find him unwinding with his family.As a Care Assistant, you'll be offering support with personal care and moving and handling, helping to maintain independence and comfort.If you’re kind, compassionate, and ready to make a real impact in someone’s day-to-day life, this is your chance to join a caring team and support someone who’s living life to the fullest.**Working Hours:**We are looking for a reliable, compassionate and flexible **Support Worker**to join our team on a **bank/zero-hours basis**.This role involves providing consistent support for **7 consecutive days, approximately one week per month**. The successful candidate will be expected to commit to their allocated 7-day period, which will be agreed in advance.**You will be paid 12 hours based on the following typical schedule:*** Morning routine: approximately 8:00am – 12:00pm* Afternoon routine: 4:30pm - 05:00pm* Evening routine: approximately 9:30pm – 10:00pmPlease be aware that this schedule may change on a daily basis.
