What You'll Be Doing:
Provide safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care
Assess patients' health needs and monitor their condition
Develop, implement and review individualised care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely in line with clinical procedures
Monitor and record vital signs and changes in patients' conditions
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare assistants and multidisciplinary teams
Support patients and their families with appropriate information and reassurance
Follow infection prevention and control procedures
Promote patient dignity, privacy, independence and wellbeing
Respond appropriately to changes in patients' conditions and escalate concerns
Follow safeguarding, health & safety and clinical governance requirements
Participate in ongoing training, professional development and clinical learning

Qualifications & Requirements:
Nursing qualification such as BSc Nursing, Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
Newly qualified nurses and experienced nurses may be considered depending on the vacancy
Previous clinical experience is desirable for experienced positions
Evidence of continuing professional development is an advantage
Knowledge of safeguarding, infection control and professional nursing standards
