Wellness & Spa Manager

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-calibre Wellness & Spa team, providing training and development to deliver the resort’s vision and exceptional guest experiences.
• Work with management on shaping and elevating our wellness identity, from treatments to wet areas.
• Deliver excellence across guest experiences, retail, and spa operations.
• Drive membership engagement, retail growth, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.
• Manage membership databases, booking systems, integrations, and billing platforms to support seamless operations and marketing strategies.
• Integrate wellness trends and guest insights into innovative, personalised offerings.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and COSHH regulations across all spa and wellness areas.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing luxury spa and wellness operations.
• Visionary, creative, and commercially savvy, with a strong business mindset.
• Passionate about guest wellbeing, delivering transformative and memorable experiences.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Level 3 qualified Spa Therapist (beneficial).
• Pool plant room and lifeguarding qualifications are beneficial but not essential; full training can be provided for the right candidate.

LOCATION: Tewkesbury Park, Gloucestershire, GL20 7DN

HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week – to include evenings and weekends
