We're recruiting for a growing specialist business based in Ledbury that provides servicing, maintenance and support solutions to special schools throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion, they're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration, service coordination, customer service or office support experience who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

The Role

As a Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the service department, ensuring customers, engineers and suppliers receive an efficient and professional service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Coordinating service activities and supporting service contracts
• Raising quotations, reports and service-related documentation
• Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
• Processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
• Monitoring stock levels and updating inventory records
• Supporting engineers with parts requests and service enquiries
• Investigating and resolving customer queries
• Producing reports and analysing service data using Microsoft Excel
• Providing administrative support across the wider team as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration experience within an office environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience using ERP, CRM or business management systems
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel
• The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
• A positive, flexible and team-focused attitude
