Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of store operations.
Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
Drive sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
Analyse store performance and implement action plans to maximise results.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed to the highest level.
Manage staffing, rotas and payroll budgets effectively.
Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
Create a positive, engaging and inclusive working environment.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store reflects the retailer's premium positioning at all times.
About You
Previous experience as a Store Manager, or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step.
Background within premium fashion, luxury, lifestyle or high-service retail.
Passionate about customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing successful teams.
Commercially minded with experience delivering sales growth and KPI performance.
Strong visual merchandising awareness and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Energetic, hands-on and able to lead from the front.
