Electronics Assembly Engineer – Lancaster, Lancashire - £30,000 to £40,000 plus pension and benefits

Melbreck Technical are working with a leading designer and manufacturer of specialist equipment based in Lancaster.

This is a chance to join an exciting, growing business with a global presence and ambitious growth plans. They have doubled year on year since their incorporation and have close-knit team. Their equipment is sold internationally, and they are a stable business who have reinvested all their profits back into the company.

Electronics Assembly Engineer – Role Overview:

• Assembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies.
• Testing printed circuit boards to detailed test specifications.
• Wiring, assembling and testing complete equipment and assemblies.
• Fault-finding and repairing company equipment as well as third-party equipment and circuit boards.
• Develop and improve testing procedures and documentation.

Electronics Assembly Engineer – Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as an assembly technician or bench technician within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Electrical and electronic assembly experience
• Soldering & Crimping experience

Electronics Assembly Engineer – Hours:

• 40 hours a week
• Core hours 9-3 but flexible outside of those times
