Substation Fitter – Orkney Island Remote Site

Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for a substation fitter on a 5-month contract based in Scotland. This role is part of the new Finstown substation project on Orkney, delivering the GB grid connection.
You will install earthing systems, fit equipment, read drawings and work on a remote island site, with occasional travel.
A CSCS card and proven earthing experience are essential, with the ability to work away from home and to follow drawings and installation specifications.
