Carepoint Services Limited is looking for a fantastic Care Coordinator to join our domiciliary care team in the Lambeth area !

What will you be doing?

• Coordinating care packages and supporting our care workers
• Managing rotas and making sure shifts are safely covered
• Matching carers with the needs of our clients
• Communicating with clients, families and professionals
• Responding to changes and solving problems quickly
• Helping ensure our clients receive safe, person-centred and high-quality care
• Supporting our team to deliver the best possible service every day

We're looking for someone who is:

Experience in domiciliary care and care coordination is highly desirable.
