About the Position
Full-Time role, flexibility available
Up to £30 per hour
Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
Must be Gphc qualified
Ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Community Pharmacist
