Our 0 - 19 Public Health Service is made up of Health Visitors, School Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Business Support who provide essential and comprehensive support to all the families in Southampton. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient experience and is looking to make a difference.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare Foundation Trust is an innovative, forward-thinking trust who invest in peoples development, wellbeing and take pride in the care of our families and employees alike.
We are offering a full-time contract of 37.5 hours within a supportive team environment where full training will be given.
