P/T Private PA

C&C Search is currently recruiting a part time private PA to provide a high level of support to 4 senior executives and their children. The role will be based between a private household and office in Clapham.

Position: Part-Time Private PA

Salary: £30 per hour DOE

Hybrid set up: Flexible working hours with essential availability required on Mondays and Fridays to coordinate weekly planning and round-ups.

Key responsibilities for this Part-Time Private PA position:

• Scheduling and coordination of personal appointments
• Managing medical appointments and all healthcare matters
• Providing lifestyle support; restaurant bookings, tickets etc.
• Admin, activities and logistics for the children
• Managing personal projects
• Paying household and personal bills
• Purchasing gifts and running errands/ad hoc requests

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Previous experience as a Private PA , Lifestyle Manager or similar
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and changing demands
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
