This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of first-class maintenance and compliance services across the UK, ensuring our engineers are scheduled efficiently and our clients receive excellent service.

• Scheduling and coordinating engineer diaries across multiple contracts
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Supporting the operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Filing and organising job reports, certificates, and compliance documentation
• Ensuring engineers have the correct information and access details for scheduled works
• Maintaining clear communication between clients, engineers, and internal teams
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operations department
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working within a busy office environment
• Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role
• Experience within Facilities Management, Maintenance, or a service-based industry
• Experience using office systems or scheduling software

Experience within Facilities Management is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.

• £24,000 – £30,000 salary depending on experience
