Role: Business Development Representative

Location: Portsmouth office 2 days a week/ Hybrid to cover- UK customer base.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and building lasting customer relationships. This hybrid role combines office-based collaboration with field visits to customers to develop new business whilst supporting our Sales Manager.

What you will achieve

Grow existing business and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify and develop new commercial accounts
Generate self-sourced leads and manage pipeline
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
Attend trade shows and represent the company to gain new business
Collaborate with office team and Sales Manager to improve the business
Utilize CRM system for lead tracking and reporting to generate sales
Achieving KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements

Experience in the commercial refrigeration industry (preferred)
Proven track record of business growth and sales success or a willingness to learn fast
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools
Enjoy travelling and attending trade shows
