The University of Oxford's Department of Engineering Science invites applications for a full-time postdoctoral research scientist to advance deep learning methods for multi-omic data integration and disease phenotyping.
You will bridge research and implementation, develop novel computer vision algorithms for tissue analysis, and co-create robust, reusable tools with software engineers, funded by Wellcome Trust.
The initial contract is 18 months with possible extension subject to funding.
