Thornden School is seeking a Pastoral Support Worker (Maternity Leave Cover) to join our pastoral team. The role supports students' wellbeing, behaviour and attendance during term-time, 22 hours per week over 4 days.
Start date expected November 2026, with closing date 11 October 2026. The role involves building trusted relationships with students and working with Heads of Year, tutors, teachers, parents/carers and external agencies to provide targeted support.
