Student Inclusion Lead

Aureus School is seeking a dedicated Student Inclusion Lead to join our Inclusion Team. Working closely with the SENDCo, Pastoral and Attendance teams, you will help support students with SEND through high-quality classroom support, targeted interventions and effective tracking of provision.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a SEND or inclusion role
• Can work collaboratively across SEND, pastoral and attendance teams
• Is resilient, organised and motivated
• Can liaise effectively with external agencies
• Is confident tracking interventions and supporting strategic SEND planning
• Promotes positive behaviour and inclusive practice
