Driver Specialist Support Worker for Care & Independence

Prosperity Care and Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a Specialist Support Worker (Driver) in Gloucester. The role requires driving two adults with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and other complex needs. You will provide person-centred support in a structured setting, ensuring dignity, safety and consistent routines.
The position is full-time and permanent, based in Twigworth, Gloucester, with a shift pattern of 45 hours. A full UK driving licence is essential, and DBS checks are provided.
