Senior Service Advisor – Premium Brand, Customer Experience

Marshall Audi Coulsdon is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our aftersales team. You will act as a vital link between customers and the workshop, guiding service journeys with clarity and care.

You’ll manage bookings, communicate progress, mentor colleagues, and resolve complex issues while upholding high standards of customer care. This full-time role is 45 hours weekly, with Saturday mornings on a rota.
