Service Advisor | Customer Experience Lead

Marshall Nissan Grantham is recruiting a friendly Service Advisor to join a leading automotive group. You will act as the crucial link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, updates and follow-ups to ensure a seamless service experience.

The role requires excellent customer service, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Full-time role, 47.5 hours per week, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
