Salary: £13.46 per hour

Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Have you got experience in the Facilities Management industry? We are seeking a passionate and organised Repairs Administrator to join our client's team in Bromley, Greater London! If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Required Experience:

• Coordinating and scheduling repair requests
• Experience working in a construction or Facilities or related industry
• Must be Available Immediately

Your Role:

As our Repairs Administrator, you will be the backbone of their operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently coordinating and scheduling repair requests
• Maintaining accurate records and managing databases
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
• Communicating effectively with customers to resolve queries and complaints
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation

What You Bring:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• A fantastic communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• A problem-solver who can think on their feet
• Previous experience in a similar role or in facilities management is a plus!
