Customer Service Administrator - Broker Support Team

Location : Hybrid working (3 days a week in our Northampton Office) Salary: £24,460- £27,000 DOE + Bonus Job Type: Full Time, Permanent,37 Hours, Monday-Friday

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining exceptional sales back office support while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing information and guidance to complete and secure energy contracts
Develop strong internal & external relationships ensuring a collaborative service & effective resolution of contract queries
Use different methods and supplier systems to log and complete a range of tasks
Deliver efficient phone service, support and query responses in line with SLA’s
Ensure contract live dates are achieved through query resolution and proactive objection management
Develop a comprehensive understanding of supplier specific terms and conditions to address queries accurately and support customers effectively.

Person:

Previous experience in the Utilities industry desirable
Ideally 1-2 year’s administrative and customer service experience
A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high accuracy work levels
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to handle and resolve a wide variety of queries effectively.
