Venn Group's specialist legal recruitment team is recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor on behalf of a well-established law firm. The Role
You will be responsible for:
Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial, contractual and civil disputes
Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk management
Handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement, trial or alternative dispute resolution
Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court pleadings
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of client service
Collaborating with colleagues across the wider litigation team and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
Qualified Solicitor with experience handling dispute resolution matters
Strong technical knowledge of civil litigation procedures and dispute resolution processes
Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high standards of client care
Organised and detail-oriented approach with strong time management skills
Commercially minded with a proactive and professional attitude
