We’re looking for a Shift Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a stable Facilities Management team on a business-critical commercial site in Northampton.
The role focuses on PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and electrical maintenance.
The Role
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance.
Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
Work with BMS and maintenance systems.
Complete minor electrical works, including lighting and distribution.
Manage helpdesk requests and technical reports.
Coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
Follow Health & Safety procedures.
About You
Experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance or engineering.
Electrical maintenance background.
Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding.
BMS experience.
18th Edition.
City & Guilds Electrical Installation or equivalent.
