We’re looking for an experiencedSales Executive to join our successful team atVertu Land Rover Truro – representing a prestigious, premium brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Basic salary of£25,000
• RealisticOTE £43,000+ (uncapped commission – strong earners exceed this)

About the role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and premium customer journey from initial enquiry through to handover.

You’ll:

• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a first-class buying experience
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Identify customer needs and present suitable vehicle and finance options
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Represent the Land Rover brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What we’re looking for

• Minimum12 months’ experience as an Automotive Sales Executive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering excellence
• Ability to work Saturdays (our busiest and most rewarding day)
• Full UK driving licence (manual & automatic)
