Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, premium franchised dealership located in Wolverhampton for the position of Service Advisor.

This Service Advisor role offers a strong earning potential, with an OTE of up to £37,000, and provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to join a prestigious dealership environment.

• Competitive basic salary dependent on experience

• Monday to Friday working hours with one in four Saturday mornings

• Greeting customers and managing service and repair enquiries efficiently
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing customer expectations
• Preparing accurate job cards and explaining work required clearly
• Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop controller to ensure timely completion
• Providing regular updates to customers during the service process
• Preparing and presenting accurate invoices
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving concerns promptly
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in line with manufacturer standards
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Confident in discussing vehicle repairs, servicing, and additional work with customers
• Professional and personable approach
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, busy environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience within a premium or prestige automotive brand is advantageous, though strong franchised dealership backgrounds are also considered This Service Advisor role is ideal for individuals driven to succeed within a high-performance dealership setting.
