Associate Eavy Metal Painter
Nottingham
Games Workshop has an amazing opportunity for a talented miniatures painter to join our world-renowned Eavy Metal team!
Games Workshop has a new opportunity for a passionate Project Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Working within the Warhammer Design Studio as part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of projects throughout the studio. This includes helping to maintain accurate, realistic plans and schedules to enable the studio team to deliver on time and to the highest quality. We’ll also look to you to communicate key dates and ensure data is up to date in our project management systems throughout product development.
Adaptable and resilient, this is a fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly, so you will need to respond swiftly and positively, gathering information and feeding back to relevant teams as required. You’ll work collaboratively to ensure that our workflows remain efficient and secure, proactively keeping individuals informed both via email and face-to-face.
You will support our studio’s ability to deliver on time by being organised and having good attention to detail. In this role you will prepare and deliver timely and precise KPI and capacity reports, providing our teams with clear and accurate information to ensure the smooth running of the studio. You will use strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple studio teams, flagging potential risks early and identifying important facts and details that could affect product delivery.
At Games Workshop we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is even more important than your skills and experience.
The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
Contract: This role is for a 6-month fixed-term contract
Location: This role is based full time onsite at our UK headquarters in Nottingham.
Closing date: The closing date for applications is midnight, UK time, on Sunday 11th October 2026
